Liquid water soluble colors

11 different tonality dispersed in water. This recipe is study to use this color with airbrush. They are recommended also to coloring water based creams, milk or sour cream, meringues, real ice, macarons, sugar paste, leavened dough, short pastry, mounted masses and much more. you use it for coloring a mixture, please consider that the color could vary the contribution of moisture in the recipe. They are packed in jars with special flip/top plug. They comply with the purity characteristics required by the EC Regulation 231/2012.
